Tucker made his debut as Harry Pawter for Halloween October 2008. His costume was homemade so everything could be perfect. He has entered a few online costume contests but has not won yet. Here is the description from the last PetSmart costume contest submission.
Tucker, a 2 year old shihtzu, really enjoys the Harry Potter movies and books. He dressed up as Harry Pawter by wearing a Gryffindor scarf and robe, and Harry Potter glasses complete with lightning bolt scar! This pic shows him posing with his fav two HP books.
This photo has become popular across the web. Just Google Image search "harry potter dog" and Tucker shows up.
